TURKISH CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

It is an investment program by the Government of Turkey that allows investors and their families to become Turkish citizens, with visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 110 countries worldwide.

The investment is made through real estate ownership, with one of the lowest capital requirements among citizenship-by-investment programs at USD 400,000 (approximately VND 10.3 billion).

This program also serves as a gateway for investors and their families to obtain a U.S. E-2 Visa after a minimum of three consecutive years of residence in Turkey, allowing them to enjoy rights similar to U.S. residents under the U.S.–Turkey Treaty of Commerce and Navigation.

The program covers two generations of the family, including spouses and children, all of whom can obtain Turkish citizenship together.

Istanbul is a city with a wonderful blend of rich cultural and historical influences.

It is an urban hub where you can easily find everything: schools, shopping centers, fresh food markets, and much more. It is also home to many expatriates, making it easy to socialize and meet new friends. The city is well-connected to the rest of the world via major airports, allowing for effortless travel to Europe—even for a weekend getaway.

As the largest city in Turkey, Istanbul’s real estate market is growing rapidly. With new developments in the most desirable areas, the city is increasingly attracting foreign property investors.

Turkish real estate in 2025 continues to be a prime focus for international investors. Strategically located between Asia and Europe, Turkey is not only advantageous for trade but also a top regional tourist destination. The demand for housing in major cities like Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Antalya continues to rise due to urbanization and foreign capital inflows. In particular, the Turkish government allows foreigners to purchase property directly tied to residency and citizenship programs, creating a strong appeal in the market.
