ADVANTAGES OF THE GREEK GOLDEN VISA PERMANENT RESIDENCY PROGRAM

One of the European investment property programs currently available with the lowest investment amount (starting from just 250,000 EUR).

The application processing time is quick: approximately 12 months.

The real estate transaction process is conducted entirely in Vietnam. After purchasing the property and submitting the necessary documents, the investor will be issued a green card to travel to Greece to provide biometric data and complete the application for a permanent residence permit.

There are no minimum or maximum age limits for applicants. This is the only program that allows applicants under 18 to invest (with parental or guardian consent).

No degree, business management experience, foreign language skills, or criminal record check required. No interview needed.

There is no minimum residency requirement to maintain permanent residency.

INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY IN GREECE

Invest in real estate with a minimum value.:

250,000 EUR: for properties converted from commercial to residential use, or properties on the list of buildings with historical value that need to be preserved (applies to all locations).
800,000 EUR: for real estate in the Attica region (all areas of Athens), Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, and islands with a population of more than 3,100.
400,000 EUR: the remaining areas.

Prove that the investment capital is from a legitimate source.
Not permitted to work for a salary in Greece (additional investment or opening a business is permitted).

GREEK RESIDENCY INVESTMENT PROCESS

- Sign the deposit agreement and have your documents reviewed.

- Signing a service contract for a Greek permanent residence card
- Signing a real estate purchase contract

- Transfer the investment funds (the amount depends on the investment choice and the total number of accompanying members).

- Submit your application to the Greek Immigration Department for review.

- Granted a Blue Card, allowing free entry and exit from Greece for one year.
