For the Applicant:

Must be 18 years old or older.
The program does not impose an upper age limit on applicants.
Must meet security background and health requirements.

Investment:

Proof of legally sourced funds is required.
Purchase real estate with a minimum value of USD 400,000 and maintain ownership for at least 3 years.

For Dependents:

Children of the applicant under 18 years old.
Must meet security background and health requirements.

Turkish Citizenship by Investment Process

Step

- Sign the deposit agreement and conduct document verification
- Participate in a site inspection tour (if necessary)

- Obtain the property ownership certificate (Title Deed) and the Property Qualification Certificate from the Land Department.
